You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the software.

You may not distribute, sell, or lease the software to third parties.

Kanbanq retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the software and related documentation.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to Kanbanq.

You retain ownership of your data and content created using our software.

We may provide updates, patches, and new versions of the software at our discretion.

Updates may be automatically installed to ensure security and functionality.

We provide technical support according to your subscription plan.

This license is effective until terminated by either party.

You may terminate this license at any time by discontinuing use of the software.

We may terminate this license if you breach any terms of this agreement.

The software is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Your use of the software is at your own risk.
